Sushi Bowl Plating

Instructions for the bowl:

 1 cup chopped shredded kale

2 cups cooked quinoa or brown rice

½ cup cubed cucumber cucumber

½ avocado

4 oz sesame wasabi dressing

1 crumbled nori sheet

1 tablespoon each basil, cilantro and green onion

Top with sprouts of your choice, toss in a bowl & enjoy!
