Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

8 oz of nut milk

You can make your own fresh blend with 1 cup of nuts (almond, pecan, macadamia, etc.) with 3 cups water and strain through a nylon nut milk bag.

1 frozen banana

5-6 medium size fresh strawberries

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maca

1 tablespoon protein powder of your choice (optional)

1 inch piece of vanilla bean or vanilla extract

2-4 medjool dates (make sure to pit the dates before blending)

Pinch of salt…

Blend together until smooth and the rest is your own tasty adventure!
